Creations Health Care, Inc. is a clinician- and a privately owned and operated Home Health Care in Stoughton, Massachusetts serving the residents of Plymouth County, Norfolk County, Suffolk County, Bristol County. Our efforts are delivered with quality care, dignity, and utmost respect to our clients. We believe that quality care is best given at home; therefore, we have acquired a team of healthcare professionals who can deliver our mission to those who are in need.
As such, to ensure that we are able to deploy qualified care providers, we perform a thorough screening, including criminal history background, reference checks, skill competencies, and personal interviews. We also provide general liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance.
